MCEDA Existing Industry Program

The existing industry program was created to match industry needs with local and state incentives. Our goal is to assist with and sustain the growth of Madison County’s existing industries and businesses.

The Madison County Economic Development Authority is proud of its industrial base, and we believe that the key to success in industrial development begins with an existing industry program that works!

Because expansion of existing industry has the same benefits as the attraction of new industry, we continue to foster relationships with industry managers and leaders. MCEDA encourages expansion, we take the time out to visit industry and major business to hear viewpoints and identify challenges to overcome.

It is important to Madison County that our businesses are aware of our support and that we will work non-stop to find a solution to any problem.

For a list of Madison County’s existing industries or for more information about our Existing Industry program, contact: Danielle Winningham, Business Development Manager.

PriorityOne Visitation Program

Business retention and growth are high priorities in Madison County.  Madison County Economic Development’s goal is to help open the lines of communication and connect local industries with resources for continued success. PriorityOne, a statewide existing industry and business visitation program, is one resource we use to identify needs and growth opportunities for existing industries.

To request a visit, please contact Danielle Winningham, Business Development Manager.
