Madison County Economic Development Authority was recently awarded a $25,000 matching Site Development Grant from Mississippi Development Authority for Panther Creek Commerce Center.
Economic Development projects continue to require more defined cost and construction schedules during the recruitment process. MCEDA has made significant investments in obtaining environmental assessments at Panther Creek Commerce Center, our Entergy Qualified mega site, but our work is not complete. MCEDA will use the matching grant to perform additional due diligence to position Panther Creek mega site to be one of the most advantageous sites for industrial and related development in Mississippi.
