THE MADISON COUNTY Board of Supervisors approved a handful of final plats last week, including one for a brand-new subdivision in the Gluckstadt area.
Phase one of Saddle Brook has 42 lots and is located between Ashbrooke Trail and the Fieldstone subdivision off Dewees Road.
Lots in Saddle Brook part one range from about two-thirds of an acre to just over an acre. Most are around three-quarters of an acre.
