BESIDES THE NISSAN PLANT in Canton, which will start paying full taxes on some assets this year, Gluckstadt saw the most growth in assessed values in Madison County last year, said Tax Assessor Gerald Barber.
Barber presented the preliminary 2014 tax rolls to the board of supervisors last week. The rolls show assessed property values as of January 1, 2014.
